Jeremy Eden

Founder & Co-CEO

Jeremy was a consultant with McKinsey & Co., Inc. where he learned that it is in the employees in a company and not consultants outside the company, who really know best how to improve their company! Jeremy also knows the extraordinary benefit clients get from a firm built on a team that he has worked with for decades.

Jeremy, along with his co-CEO, Terri, pioneered the development of the unique and powerful Idea Harvest™ process that large companies use to engage their employees closest to the work to find smarter ways to grow revenues, reduce costs and improve customer service. Their clients have generated collectively, and reported publicly, billions in new earnings.

Jeremy has decades of experience advising Fortune 1000 CEOs and leading thousands of senior executives through an Idea Harvest™. He has been retained by the CEOs of a wide range of companies such as Computershare, PNC Financial, H.J. Heinz, Manpower, SpartanNash, The Schwan Food Company, Detroit Edison, Birds Eye Foods, Webster Financial, Standard Register, Pier 1, Acosta Sales and Marketing, American Eagle, and Energy East.

Jeremy and Terri co-authored the New York Times Best Seller Low-Hanging Fruit, 77 Eye-Opening Ways to Improve Productivity and Profits. Popular globally, it has been translated into many languages.

It seems like just yesterday, but way back when, Jeremy received a B.A. degree in History from Yale College and an MBA from Yale School of Management. To relax, Jeremy enjoys his newly found interest in building a vinyl record collection.
