Karl was a client over twenty-five years ago as one of the senior executives that used an early version of the Harvest Earnings process to grow earnings. He now brings the same leadership to many clients and led the development of the firm’s early idea management and tracking software.

Karl has decades of experience as a senior executive with a particular focus on operations and technology. As a senior executive he has led healthy, growing, companies as well as leading re-engineering based turnarounds that brought two mid-sized companies from the verge of bankruptcy to record earnings. In one of those turnarounds, he helped develop a revolutionary marketing intelligence system that was the key to making the company a market leader.

He has consulted in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, finance and telecommunications serving local, national and global companies including multi-national companies such as Siemens and Cincinnati Milacron.

He holds a BS in Engineering from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University.

He is an avid outdoorsman and DIYer who spends his free time on the lake, fishing and boating, and when not outside you can find him in his workshop.
