Marty was a client nearly twenty years ago as one of the key leaders that led PNC Financial Services Corp through the OnePNC initiative that grew earnings by more than $400 million.

During his 24 year career at PNC, he supported 28 acquisitions and divestitures, in a variety of roles ranging from deal preparation, negotiation, execution and integration. As Managing Director, he developed and managed PNC’s Capital Plan and Stress Testing process. He was responsible for a myriad of other consulting roles including loan accounting integration, revenue enhancement, process improvement, and risk management. Lazor’s earlier roles with the company included product management, strategy, and financial management in the Asset Management and Consumer businesses.

In the past, he worked as a management consultant for the Bank of Montreal and Accenture. In addition, he served as a member of the advisory board of eSimplify, a health care consulting firm.

He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. He is a CPA.

Outside of work, Marty is an avid reader of antiquarian history books that have never been opened. That is, when he is not snowmobiling in the deep, deep woods.
