Shannon has over 35 years of business experience specializing in high profile “life or death” project management. She developed the disaster plan for Regions Bank that was successfully used during Hurricane Katrina, implemented the continuous quality improvement process adopted state wide for the Florida child welfare agency, and designed the Quality Control process for an international cargo airline. She was a member of the Implementation Team that ensured idea implementation and tracking of an Idea Harvest™ at a large financial institution. She has a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
